1.             Initial meeting at either the client's place or the artist's studio where the size, composition, dress                     and mood of the portrait is discussed.

2.             The artist takes digital photographs and may do a preliminary drawing or a color study as time                     permits. The photo-shoot takes approximately two hours for the reference of portrait painting.                      Or, available official/home sharp focused photos can also be considered for the reference of                             portrait  painting.

3.             Following the photo session, a meeting to discuss the photos and/or sketches by the artist is                           required. After the photo and/or sketch is approved by the client, a 50% advance is required at this                 stage and the work begins on the final painting.

4.             Delivery of the finished portrait require approximately 2 to 3 months.

5.             At the time of delivery of the finished portrait, the remaining balance is paid by the client.

6.             After delivering the finished portrait, minor adjustments/alterations may be carried out if requested                 within 7 days of receiving the portrait.

7.            The cost of the frame is not included to the commission price. However, the artist is pleased to
               assist with framing advice if the client so desires.

8.            Shipping and travel expenses for the artist are the responsibility of the client.
